Why is ESTA (Electronic System Travel Authorization) needed when travelling to and entering the United States on the Visa Waiver Program?

Yes, a refund will be honored unconditionally to any rejected application. Refunds will be given usually within 14 days of rejection notification. Refunds for rejected applications will be deducted 4USD U.S. Customs and Border admin fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy. Rejected applications may then be referred by you to the relevant 'Application for Visa' travel to the United States site. All other refunds please refer to our Refund Policy.
